Production continued on Thursday for the second season of Showtime's 'Penny Dreadful', while episode one of the new season hit the editing room.

Creator John Logan has promised a larger scope for Penny Dreadful's second season on Showtime and producer Christopher King proved that on Monday when he revealed that episode two will be entering into some uncharted territory.

There are plenty of skulls on the set of Showtime's 'Penny Dreadful', but season two is making sure to add a little color to that pallet: blood red.

It looks like production for Showtime's 'Penny Dreadful' is right on schedule this fall, even with season twos broader scope and action-packed sequences.
