There's no shortage of evil running amok across Z Nation's post-apocalyptic wasteland, and season 2 will add another villain to Operation Bitemark's impressive laundry list of enemies.

The Syfy series will resume filming next month, and a new face will quickly shake up story.

"[We have] a new villain," Russell Hodgkinson (Doc) teased at Lexington Comic Con. "His name is Fox but we don't know [who will play him] yet.

While details are scarce, Keith Allan (Murphy) promises that Fox in "on the warpath" and certainly "ain't a good guy."

Could this be the same bounty hunter that series creator Karl Schaefer teased in the wake of the finale?

"Our Big Bad character for Season 3 is basically the bounty hunter of all bounty hunters," Schaefer told TV insider. "He is working for Zona and has come back for Murphy, but not finding Murphy, he decides to go after his baby, Lucy."

It's too bad the Z Nation team will spend the first half of the season scattered to the winds. It sounds like a team up would certainly help get Fox off their tail's sooner than later.

"I know that for part of the next season we will be sort of splitting up and going in different directions," Allan explained at LexCon. "I'm not exactly sure where we're going to go or to what parts of the country because we'll all be doing our different things. Then we come together about midseason for a common cause, a common goal. Even though we are sort of on the outs with each other we have a common goal that we come together and join forces again for."
