The Voice's Blake Shelton is hedging his bets as the Knockout rounds progress.

Coaches Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, and Pharrell Williams each used their one and only save on Night 1, but the country star left Night 2 with his save still in his back pocket. Who is Shelton waiting for? It certainly wasn't any of the competitors who went head to head on Tuesday.

In the Knockout Rounds, each team pits two of its hopefuls against each other. Unlike the Battle Rounds, each performer sings a different song; the results, however, are the same. Winners get to move on to the Live Shows while the losers either hop the next flight home or find a home on another team courtesy of a coach's save.

Check out how each team did on Tuesday:

Team Adam Levine

The rock singer had little to nothing to do during Night 2. None of Levine's mentees took the stage, and, since he used up he save on Monday, the Marron 5 frontman was unable to add to his squad.

Team Blake Shelton

Adam Wakefield and Peyton Parker opened the episode. Wakefield won Shelton's favor with Sam Cooke's soul staple Bring it Home to Me while Peyton Parker lost his shot at fame with her rendition of the Dixie Chick's Travelin' Soldier.

Team Pharrell Williams

Moushumi continued to dominate the field on Tuesday. The singer took on Halsey's summer hit New Americana, and her rendition helped propel her to the Live Shows. Nick Hagelin, on the other hand, was sent packing following his performance of Lost Without U.

Team Christina Aguilera

Team Xtina pitted Tamar Davis and Maya Smith against each other for the final performance of Night 2. Davis ensured her future with her take on Lay Me Down while Smith headed home after singing No One.
