They've been at war ever since Katie (Heather Tom) learned Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) still had feelings for Bill (Don Diamont) but during a bit of a thaw, Katie may decide to confide in her sister about how she's really feeling on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Katie swore she had stopped drinking and was seeing her therapist, but after another outburst, Bill began wondering if his wife was lying to him about things. Now, Brooke will encourage Katie to be honest with her, in an effort to rebuild their broken relationship.

"I'd like us to be able to be honest with each other without being afraid that it would be the end of us," Brooke says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, March 30 episode.

And thought she will at first be wary of talking to and confiding in the sister who she blames for all her recent problems, Katie may discover herself having a moment of weakness and finally admitting all of her fears—and the truth about her drinking.

Katie could show Brooke her hidden stash of booze—including the pint of vodka she has hidden in the cookie jar and been swigging from, as well as the mouthwash she is hiding in a drawer so she can make sure the alcohol isn't on her breath, and she could break down as a result and tell Brooke that she worries she's losing Bill completely.

"I feel so alone, like he doesn't trust me," she says.

Brooke could then give Katie an ultimatum, but she could also tell her things will be okay, securing Katie's trust in her once again.

However, Katie could learn to regret opening up to Brooke of all people when her sister later heads to Bill's office—and she could choose to tell him what his wife has been hiding when he asks her if he should trust Katie.

"Katie says she's not drinking. Do you believe her? Bill asks in the clip.
