'Love And Hip Hop Atlanta' Season 5: Tammy Rivera Talks Hiatus & Getting Physical With 'Low' Joseline Hernandez [VIDEO]
Tammy Rivera is ready to bring the drama to VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta after her brief hiatus.
The reality star and wife of rapper Waka Flocka Flame took a break during the fourth season of the show after she and Joseline Hernandez got into a brutal altercation during the huge brawl that took place at the season three reunion special.
“The reunion left a very bad taste in my mouth. But at the end of the day I felt bad about seeing myself let someone take me to that level and snapping and not realizing what I was doing… throwing bottles… just taking me all the way back to my Baltimore days. That’s the part I look at like, ‘How could somebody so low take me down to their level?’”
As for this season, she said the positive feedback she received from fans, particularly women, prompted her to make her return. But much of it will be without Waka.
“He’s course working. But yet and still I’m getting the house together, being a mom and pushing my business so I won’t fall into his shadows.”
She went on to reassure fans that she and Waka are doing just fine and made it clear they try “every night” for a baby.
Still, Rivera isn’t completely free of the physical issues this season. In the super trailer she threw a drink at a woman before lunging across a table to grab her. The lady then claimed Rivera pulled out her hair. See that here.
Love & Hip Hop Atlanta airs Mondays at 8/7c on VH1.
