Confirmation from AMC won't come until season seven premieres in October, but a new video and theory could prove that The Walking Dead has followed the same storyline as the comics and major villain Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) did kill off Glenn (Steven Yuen) by smashing his head in with a barbed wire baseball bat.

Since the final moments of the finale, which showed the moment happen from the victim's point of view, fans who weren't angered by what some have called a cop-out by cliffhanger ending have been viciously trying to figure out which of the eleven-member lineup was the one who had a horrifying introduction to Lucille (the name of Negan's bat). And one video in particular seems to drop the biggest hints of all.

The video, uploaded to Youtube by a user called slaykone, shows several moments that seem to pinpoint just who Negan chose to make an example of.

First, the video shows Negan's counting pattern for his fatal game of "eenie meenie miney mo," which seemed to be purposely shot out-of-order to throw fans off from figuring it out for themselves. However, after noticing the pattern went Rick (Andrew Lincoln), Maggie (Lauren Cohan), Abraham (Michael Cudlitz), Michonne (Danai Gurira), Daryl (Norman Reedus), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green), Aaron (Ross Marquand), Carl (Chandler Riggs), Eugene (Josh McDermitt), Rosita (Christian Serratos), Glenn, the user then applied the song to the order, which landed on either Glenn or Eugene.

From there, the fact that Negan looked a bit off to his right when referencing Carl with the threat of cutting out his other eye and feeding it to Rick, seems to eliminate Eugene, who was the bookend of the lineup, with Carl to his left. Glenn was the other bookend, with Carl to his right.

In addition, the blurry point of view and dark shots throughout the episode were later revealed to be of the already kidnapped victims—Daryl, Michonne, Glenn and Rosita. If those was meant to be representative of those final moments in the episode and reflective of the point of view of the actual victim, it would narrow things down to only Daryl, Michonne, Glenn and Rosita. Again, Glenn is the one pops up in each instance.

In addition, as Negan played his game, the shots of each potential victim were shot from Negan's point of view, looking down at their heads alongside the bat. However, when Negan counted Glenn, the view of him was shot from someone looking directly at him, at eye level with both his head and the bat.

Do you think Glenn was the ultimate victim? Sound off in the comments below
