'The Bachelor' Cast News: Ben Higgins Lauren Bushnell Problems, Does She Need To 'Get A Job?' [PHOTO]
They had a fairytale romance on The Bachelor, but it appears the curse which tends to follow couples from the show around may be starting to wear on Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell.
The couple's relationship has been speculated on since the episode for their engagement aired, and now, a new report is hinting that though they did move in together in Higgins' hometown of Denver, cracks are surfacing in the couple's relationship overall.
According to In Touch Weekly, the fact that Bushnell hasn't gotten a job yet since moving to Denver (she left her job as a flight attendant when she moved from L.A.) is starting to annoy Higgins, and he's demanding that she get a job now.
"Ben has told Lauren numerous times to get a job," a source told the magazine. "She isn't contributing to their life at all."
However, the source also adds that Bushnell has a very good reason for not being so active with her job search, and it's simply that she misses L.A., where she loved her job and lived among family and friends, whereas in Denver, she only has Ben.
"That's why she's not committed to finding a job or settling down," the source said.
In fact, Bushnell is also allegedly hoping she can convince Higgins to consider making a move as well-back to L.A., where she can resume her work. And the source claims, she has a good chance at doing so since she's good at convincing him to do other things.
"She's usually good at getting her way!"the source said.
Bushnell and Higgins got engaged on the season 20 finale of the show, after he ended things with runner-up JoJo Fletcher. The proposal took place in Jamaica, and aired on ABC on March 14.
JoJo was announced as the newest Bachelorette for the sister show after she was rejected.
