'Basketball Wives LA' Cast: Gilbert Arenas Blasts Laura Govan's Struggle Plate [VIDEO]
NBA player Gilbert Arenas is back to his dissing ways as he comes for the mother of his four children, former VH1 Basketball Wives LA star Laura Govan.
His latest shade came after Govan shared a photo of the meal she cooked for the four little ones via Instagram earlier this week. She revealed in the caption that it was, “Sausage Fettucine Alfredo #Quick&Easy &InRealLife Dinners Almost Ready.”
The post was a classic example of a struggle plate, when someone posts a food that they think is a culinary masterpiece but it actually look pretty unappetizing. And it didn’t take long for Arenas to hop into the comments and become one of the many fans and followers to diss her cooking skills. He wrote, “Lmaoooo is it tues ALREADY? #BreakfastSausageBrocolliAndNoodles.”
She serving that [stuff] they eat on #OrangeIsTheNewBlack for good behavior hahaha.”
He ended with, “is my kids DONE eating or is they FINISHED… u better put some #RESPEK on they plates,” referring to the now viral interview in which rapper Birdman came for the hosts of Power 105.1’s morning show The Breakfast Club last week. (See it below)
Govan has since deleted the post, but Bossip was able to get screengrab and Arenas' comments before the post was taken down.
Arenas wasn't the only one to slam Govan in the comments, fans also got in on the action.
One said she could use a few lessons from Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry’s wife, Ayesha Curry, who has her own cookbook and is definitely making her way to celebrity chef status. Another added, “I wouldn’t feed that slop to my dog,” while one fan chimed in with, “I’d never in my LIFE post this… She gotta know better.”
