She believed that the secret truth about Sully being Christian would be buried along with Sage following her horrifying death, but after Nick (Joshua Morrow) makes an unexpected discovery, Sharon (Sharon case) will once again begin to panic that the truth will get out on The Young and the Restless.

She learned that Sully was in fact not her son with Dylan (Steve Burton) and was planning to leave town when she did, but was stopped when Sage showed up and revealed she had also learned the truth. On her way to tell Nick though, she called Adam (Justin Hartley), dropped her phone, and when she went to retrieve it, she got into a car accident. Sharon, who saw the accident unfold, promised Sage she would tell Nick the truth about Sully being Christian before Sage died, but has yet to do so.

Now however, as a grieving Nick prepares to move out of the apartment he shared with his wife, he will come across her journal, and the discovery will cause Sharon to worry about her secrets being exposed when he decides to read it.

"This is Sage's journal," he says in a preview clip for the Tuesday, May 17 episode.

"She kept a journal?" Sharon asks.

Of course, while it will still shake her up, and her behavior will become noticable and worrisome to Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Sharon shouldn't be too worried about Nick finding out much of the truth, or any of it at all, since Sage died after she learned the truth and didn't have a chance to put it in the journal.

However, his reading it will uncover something else that he is unexpected and unprepared for. Part of his grieving has been not only for his losing Sage, but for losing Christian as well, and the life he was supposed to have with his wife and son. However, while reading Sage's words, he could be stunned to realize that he never had a son to mourn in the first place, since Adam was Christian's biological father.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
