It's time for Person of Interest's Team Machine to make their final stand.

The CBS drama will come to an end tonight with "Return 0," and not everyone will live to see the end of Samaritan. Finch (Michael Emerson) deployed Ice-9 in an effort to destroy the NSA's most deadly weapon, and the series' finale will see the fallout from his hail Mary.

"Finch, Reese, Fusco and Shaw embark on one last mission to prevent Samaritan from destroying The Machine and cementing its hold over mankind," CBS teased.

Not everyone will make it out alive, but even Emerson isn't 100 percent sure who will take the fall.

"You have to have casualties to give it gravity. That's the only way that writers can say that these things have consequences, that these decisions have cost. To tell you the truth, I'm not sure who's left standing, until I see it [Tuesday] night," the actor told TV Line. "But I'm always the one that has a bunch of questions after I see a finished episode, like, "Is that what that means?" Sometimes I have to replay them just to make sure that I'm getting what they're putting out there!"

Who do you think will die? Is The Machine done for good or can Finch's creation survive any fallout from Ice-9? Fans will get these answers and more during Person of Interest's last hurrah.

You can catch all the action when Person of Interest airs tonight at 10 p.m. ET on CBS. If you can't get in front of a TV, you can stream the episode live here or watch it following the series' west coast airing (2 a.m. ET/11 p.m. PT) by clicking here.
