Scream Queens is quickly filling its quota for sexy male leads.

The girls of KKT will be will into their post-grad studies by time the horror-comedy returns to Fox this fall, and while Zayday (Keke Palmer), the Chanels, Hester (Lea Michele), and Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) will make the jump, the series' male cast won't have quite the same turnover rate. As the former sorority sisters forge their way in the medical world, they will meet a host of new men suspects.

Take Taylor Lautner's Dr. Cassidy Cascade, for instance.

"The second season of Scream Queens is set in a hospital, where some of the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation," Deadline previewed. "Lautner will play Dr. Cassidy Cascade, a physician at the hospital who suffers from a strange medical condition and becomes a suspect when a series of tragic events plagues the institution."

While he's walking the halls, Entertainment Weekly reports Cascade will have a dalliance with Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd). Let's hope he's a fan of fluffy earmuffs.

Fuller House's John Stamos will also get in on the murderous action. While Munsch will own the hospital, Stamos will play Dr. Brock Holt. Descried as the hospital's brilliant, but secretive, head surgeon, Holt will be a series regular.

"I think it'll be dark. I think it's going to be very dark," Curtis told E! Online during to Fox upfronts. "It's in a hospital, [there's] a lot of darkness in hospitals-dark hallways, scary rooms, sharp objects, a lot of blood, disinfectants."
