Things are shifting in the Big Brother 18 house as mortal enemies have now become close allies.

Head of Household: Paulie Calafiore

Nominees: Corey Brooks, Natalie Negrotti and Tiffany Rousso

Other houseguests: Bridgette Dunning, Da'Vonne Rogers, Frank Eudy, James Huling, Michelle Meyer, Nicole Franzel, Paul Abrahamian and Zakiyah Everette

Frank and Tiffany decided to mend fences on Thursday and are now working together in this game. Friday on the live feeds featured many discussions between the two of them as well as Bridgette.

Paulie nominated Tiffany and Natalie for eviction, which was largely expected. But with Tiffany now working with Frank, Bridgette and by extension, Natalie, there are some plans to flip things around to help Tiffany stay in the house.

Things then became very interesting and complicated when the Roadkill competition was conducted. After the feeds returned from being blacked out, it soon became clear that Tiffany had won the Roadkill. Tiffany asked Frank and Bridgette who she should put up, and they agreed that either Corey or Nicole would be their best option. After all, Da'Vonne has been very worried about the showmances in the house and would likely be willing to entertain the idea of splitting one up.

The Roadkill ceremony was then conducted and the feeds returned with Corey officially on the block as the third nominee. While Corey is a strong competitor, his experience in the Have-Not room sleeping in that small bumper car bed has led to some issues for him, physically. As such, he may not be as strong as usual in the upcoming Veto competition. And even if Corey does win the Veto, he said on Friday that he won't take himself off because then Nicole might go up.

As for what Paulie would do if Tiffany won the Veto and used it on herself, he said that he would nominate Da'Vonne in her place. It's not entirely clear how the vote would go beyond this.

We are in for a nail-biter of a Veto competition on Saturday, with many possible scenarios that could play out for the rest of the week.

Big Brother 18 returns for another new episode Sunday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
