'Basketball Wives LA' Season 5: Duffey 'Stirs Up Drama' Between Cast [VIDEO]
Basketball Wives LA newcomer Duffey is ready to take on Los Angeles and be the queen bee of the show.
Duffey sits down with her fiancé, basketball agent Iman Shokuohizadeh after their relocation to Los Angeles and she is here for becoming a star.
“This is where stars are made!”
Duffey tells cameras that they both moved to the West Coast from Dallas, TX to help their careers.
“I’m going to be the hottest, best DJ that there is in L.A.,” she tells her future husband. “Nobody is like me! There is no DJ in L.A. that can touch me and I know it! It’s a wrap.”
She also reveals that she wants her friend Brandi Maxiell all to herself. This could be a problem considering Maxiell and Malaysia Pargo were BFFs on and off the show last season. But Maxiell spent some time in Texas amid her marriage woes to Jason Maxiell.
The network revealed that Duffey will definitely “stir up drama” between Brandi and Pargo before “she makes it known to the rest of the girls that she doesn’t take any crap.”
Meanwhile, Shokuohizadeh remains quiet during the entire conversation. But it really doesn’t matter because Duffey says plenty.
“I hope you’re ready for this ride,” she continues. “We’re about to make this pop. We’re gonna be like the Kanye and Kim K of L.A.”
