If you've been waiting for Dark Matter to dive back into Four's storyline, the back half of season 2 was made just for you.

The Raza's taciturn swordsman, alleged king slayer, and resident badass tends to keep to the background, deftly springing into action as soon as the situation turns dire. "We Voted Not to Space You" gave viewers a brief glimpse at the state of Four's (Alex Mallari, Jr.) home world and its pitched battle with Pyr, and soon the future of Zairon will jump from distant headlines to the Raza's reality.

"Joe and Paul and Jay always answer all the questions that come up," Mallari told EnStars at San Diego Comic-Con. "So if it comes up in the show, there's definitely a reason for it, so that does mean we will conclude that storyline for sure."

When Two's (Melissa O'Neil) team is drawn into the interplanetary conflict, the ensuing drama won't disappoint.

"His story line is one of the most intriguing storylines for season 2," Anthony Lemke (Three) teased. "I think you're going to see - no, I know your going to see Four's storyline - the whole Zairon and the war with Pyr, all that stuff - it will come to the forefront in a way that's really cool."

Four doesn't remember his life as Ryo, but, as we saw in "We Were Family," the fugitive was as ruthless as criminal to ever step foot in Hyperion-8. Mallari's character seems tamer post-memory wipe, but that doesn't mean those instincts aren't imbedded deep in his subconscious.

"I think the way Ryo was raise was he was raised at a time when his kingdom was at war. So he was taught how to be tactical. He was taught you have to do what is necessary for yourself and for your kingdom and for your people that are around you and that you're loyal to," Mallari mused. "So I don't think it's so much that he's scary - I mean, he is scary - but it's not so much that he wants to be that way, [but] he knows what he needs to do and that's what he does. He makes the tough decisions."
