'NCIS' Season 14: Find Out Which Character Will Miss Out On The Premiere [VIDEO]
NCIS will be a man down during the season 14 premiere.
CBS' No.1 drama has kept a fairly static cast over the years, but Michael Weatherly's (Tony) departure opened the door for a shake up. The fruitless search for DiNozzo's replacement will bring Special Agent Alexandra "Alex" Quinn (Jennifer Esposito) into the fold, and an undercover op will pull Wilmer Valderrama's Nick in the premiere. MI6's Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry), however, will be MIA.
"He's going to reemerge later in the season," TV Guide announced on Tuesday.
Introduced in season 13, Henry's character was promoted to a series regular for the upcoming run. Nevertheless, fans will have to wait to see the Brit slide back into the storyline as an official member of Team Gibbs (Mark Harmon).
"I just spoke to NCIS showrunner Gary Glasberg and he said that the way Reeves is going to get integrated into the team is actually very similar to how Ziva was integrated into the team, how she was kind of 'on loan' from Mossad," TV Guide's Liz Raftery reported. "He's going to be kind of on loan from the British agency."
While you wait for the new team to come together, these season 14 episode titles from Spoiler TV can tide you over until the premiere.
