As if there weren't enough drama in Forrester because of Quinn's (Rena Sofer) return to the fold at Eric's (John McCook) request, more is about to ensue as Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) makes her long-awaited return to Los Angeles to ask if she too can have her job back on The Bold and the Beautiful.

When Ivy left and returned to Australia she and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) had been engaged in a major battle over Liam (Scott Clifton), and a series of accidents and misunderstandings between the two saw Ivy continually ending up in the hospital and Steffy being seen in a less positive light by her then-fiance. But now, she is back in town and ready to put everything behind her, provided her former enemy/cousin is willing to do the same.

"I'm not really proud of my behavior last year, but I'm really hoping that we can take all of that and put it behind us because I'm coming back to LA with a whole new perspective," she says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, August 31 episode.

However, there ate other concerns, as the battle for Liam has now changed to one for Steffy herself, since Liam was kidnapped by Quinn not long after Ivy left, and in the time he was away, Steffy had married Wyatt (Darin Brooks). Now, with Quinn's romance with Eric, Steffy has left Wyatt, and Liam sees his opportunity to potentially win her back, something that is ruining his relationship with his brother.

"Sooner or later, Steffy and I are going to continue the life that Quinn stole from us," he says to Wyatt in the clip.

However, Wyatt will angrily remind his brother that he shouldn't be punished because of his mother's actions, which he had nothing to do with.

"You can't use that logic. That my mother did something to you so you get to do something to me," Wyatt says.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday to 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
