The evidence has thus far suggested his grandfather is the very one who set up his son's kidnapping, but Brady (Eric Martsolf) will begin to wonder if Victor (John Aniston) was truly set up as he claims on Days of Our Lives.

Since he and Theresa (Jen Lilley) found Tate and the discarded cell phone that led to only Victor's number, they have been pretty convinced that Victor did orchestrate Tate's kidnapping simply to prove Theresa was an unfit mother and destroy their relationship. However, doubts have been in Brady's head even as he's sworn that he feels Victor was responsible. And though having his son back should put him completely at ease, the issue is still clouding his thoughts completely.

In addition to the cell phone, he and Theresa then found a pill at the townhouse Victor and Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) live in, which is the kind that was later used to drug Theresa's drink and make her fall asleep so Tate could be snatched. Now, with the next piece of evidence that suggests Victor's involvement, it is becoming harder and harder for Brady to accept that his grandfather may be innocent as he claims.

Meanwhile, Victor too tried to figure out a way to prove his innocence after he was released on bond. He was sure the setup came from his brother, Deimos (Vincent Irizarry), who had sworn revenge on him when he first came to Salem, but later changed his tune after he was almost killed by Kate (Lauren Koslow). And though the entire scheme reeked of something Deimos would do, he proved to his brother that he wasn't the one setting him up.

Now, everyone is trying to figure out whether Victor is just trying to cover his tracks and appear as if he isn't guilty when he really is, or if he's being set up by an unseen and thoroughly unknown third party-and until the right answers arrive, there will be no hope to possibly keep him from going down for the crime, even if he didn't commit it.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
