There are plans in place to try and finally trap the convicts one at a time, but John (Drake Hogestyn) may decide the easiest way to bring down the most dangerous one will be to surrender himself instead on Days of Our Lives.

Orpheus (George Del Hoyo) wants to get revenge on John by killing everyone he loves because of what happened to his own family so many decades before, and that has motivated his reign of terror in Salem. And while Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) are focusing on a plan to get Xander (Paul Telfer) and Chad (Billy Flynn), Andre (Thaao Penghlis), Adrienne (Judi Evans) and Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) are focusing on Clyde (James Read), Orpheus is entirely John's focus. And in the interest of protecting his own family, John may reach out to make a deal with the criminal.

Instead of risking that Orpheus has a chance to get to anyone in his family and hurt them or do something else before he can be taken down, John will call Orpheus and instead offer to surrender himself to his enemy, in an effort to try and keep the violence in Salem from escalating further and becoming more dangerous.

But while the offer could seem tempting to Orpheus, he may wind up instead turning John down, sensing it's actually a trap, or just because he wants to cause as much destruction as possible before he either gets out of Salem for good or gets killed in the process. And with some big plans possibly in place to create an explosive moment for the town, he will not accept any offers that keep him from the outcome he wants more than anything else.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
