Fans of HBO's fantasy drama series, Game of Thrones, or GOT, is up for a few more months before they can witness mind-blowing scenes for the upcoming seventh season. Reportedly, there has been a leak on the series' upcoming season premiere date which fans immediately turned their heads into.

It has been months since HBO has not made any announcements regarding when fans and loyal viewers of the show can see the GOT again. But a recent leak has been appearing online, saying that the series has moved its season 7 premiere in June from April 2017.

According to a report from Metro UK, sharp-eyed fans have seen on IMBD that a June 25, 2017 air date for the first episode of the seventh season has been posted. Although it has now been deleted, fans have been speculating that it would not be a long time for HBO to announce itself the truth of the leaked premiere date.

It can be recalled that the second-to-the-last final season of the HBO drama was previously announced for a premiere in April this year, but was held back due to problems in production. Since announcing the postponement, Game of Thrones watchers have then been craving for an official announcement.

The Sun also reported that actor Iain Glen, who portrays Jorah Mormont, revealed during an interview that they are filming episodes longer this time compared to the previous seasons. He said that the upcoming season is so monumental that it took them only seven episodes to film compared to the usual ten.

The actor added that the sizes and scale of the set pieces they had been using are becoming more astonishing mainly because of the more intense episodes the upcoming season is going to show.

Meanwhile, actress Masie Williams, who portrays Arya Stark, reveals her jitters as the series is approaching to its finale next year. She said in an interview that with the increasing counts of character deaths on GOT, she hopes that the showrunners will give her a warning before they write off er character, Arya.

She additionally said that as far as she knows on the script, fans should be very excited about the seventh season because a lot of extraordinary scenarios are worth looking out for.
