Michele Bachmann responded to the recent Saturday Night Live sketch in which Miley Cyrus twerked while pretending to be the politician, saying that she has never trying the dance move in her life in an interview with TheTeaParty.net.

Dressed in sexy office wear, Cyrus showed off raunchy moves as she parodied Bachman twerking as part of an SNL short she did while hosting the show on Oct. 5. John Boehner was also featured in the clip with Bachmann as they Cyrus' We Can't Stop music video but remade as a celebration of the government shutdown.

Bachmann recently spoke to TheTeaParty.net about Cyrus' sketch, telling the website she doesn't twerk and doesn't "intend to take it up."

"I have a good sense of humor and I never take that personally," Bachmann said. "The Monday after Saturday Night Live aired, we had a lot of calls to the office, and we had people think that was me. And let me tell you, as a 57-year-old woman, it's been a long time since I've been confused for a 20 year old."

She also went on to say that the Monday after the show aired her office got calls from people asking if that was her on SNL.

The sketch featured members of the GOP partying and Cyrus also reworded the lyrics of her song to fit the conservative mold.

"If you're not ready for health care can I can a hell no," Cyrus crooned. "And we did stop the government, shut that down...This is our house, this is our rules."
