'American Horror Story: Coven' Spoilers: Emma Roberts' Madison Returns in Episode 5? [VIDEO]
American Horror Story: Coven viewers may see the return of one of the show's dead characters in the upcoming fifth episode of the season.
According to a preview by SpoilerTV for episode 5, titled Burn, Witch. Burn!, a witch will make "a return appearance" by the end of the episode. This is most likely to be Madison (Emma Roberts) considering no other witch's appearance would be seen as a "return."
The preview does not specify whether or not Madison will be brought back from the dead or if she will just be seen. The dead witch was seen dressed up as a human doll at Spalding's (Denis O'Hare) twisted tea party in the last episode. It's possible that the witches will finally discover Madison's location.
Much of the episode will be a continuation of the events of episode 4. Spaldling, Madame LaLaurie (Kathy Bates), Zoe (Taissa Farmiga), Queenie (Gabourey Sidibe), Nan (Jamie Brewer) and Luke (Alexander Dreymon) will have to protect themselves against the zombies that descended upon the Academy.
Meanwhile, Cordelia (Sarah Paulson) grapples with her injuries at a local hospital. When Cordelia's husband visits her at the hospital, he is faced with the wrath of Fiona (Jessica Lange). Cordelia will be changed by her injuries in more ways than one.
As if this weren't enough, Fiona also has to deal with Myrtle (Frances Conroy), who returns to the Academy to try to take away Fiona's Supreme status.
