Abby Lee Miller might have recently lost a ton of weight, but it doesn't look like she's worried about keeping it off. The Dance Moms star recently shared a new photo on her Instagram account where she binged at her favorite fast food chain during a recent trip to her hometown of Pittsburgh.

Miller shared the pic on her social networking account and captioned it with, "You know I'm back in the burgh! Straight to the Dirty O for national French Fry Day! #ALDC #aldcalways #dancemoms."

Miller might have a reason to celebrate as her former dancer Paige Hyland's lawsuit against the controversial reality star was dropped by a judge.

Gossip Cop says on Thursday that the 13-year-old dancer tried to sue her former dance instructor for assault, as she allegedly threw a chair at her during practice and provoked her on numerous occasions throughout her classes. The lawsuit alleges that Hyland was terrified of Miller and that she once was prompted to "run from the room terrified as she feared she would be physically injured by Miller."

If that weren't enough, the Hyland's mother Kelly also claimed that Miller was deliberately instructed "to be abusive and bullying to her students and provoke arguments with the mothers in front of the children" by Lifetime, which airs Dance Moms on their network.

Unfortunately for Hyland though, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ruth Kwan ruled that there was "no evidence of any assault, or any proof that Hyland had a legitimate fear being harmed," therefore dropping the case.
