The Dusseldorf Higher Court, who made the decision, upheld the same ruling made by the District Court in February. Samsung issued a statement that the company is disappointed with the court's ruling," according to CNET and that it "will continue...to protect our intellectual property rights and defend against Apple's claims to ensure our products remain available to consumers throughout the European Union."
