Lindsay Lohan Car Accident: Hit-And-Run Case Charges Dropped (INCIDENT VIDEO)

Lindsay Lohan will not be charged for the alleged hit-and-run that took place in New York City on Sept. 19. Lohan was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, Oct. 23 to follow up on her arrest for leaving the scene of a crime. However, surveillance footage that later emerged provided enough evidence for prosecutors to drop the case, according to TMZ. The" Liz & Dick" star was arrested and briefly held in jail for reportedly hitting chef Jose Rodriguez while attempting to park her Porsche Cayenne outside of a nightclub.

After Lindsay Lohan announced she has severed ties with her father, Michael Lohan, the actress has vocalized her interest in another man, Presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Lohan was asked about the presidential election and who she is in favor of then told E!, "I just think employment is really important right now. So, as of now, Mitt Romney. As of now." She then reportedly said, "It's a long story" to defend an answer some people might feel is shocking.

The 26-year-old had allegedly suffered a cut on her leg when a diamond bracelet was broken during the ordeal.
