He helped rescue his brother from his psychotic mother who was holding him captive and pretending to be his wife, but now, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) will realize that Liam (Scott Clifton) doesn't quite remember what his life was like before he was kidnapped, and that's going to be a big problem now that Wyatt and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) need to tell him the truth about their marriage on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Liam remembers he was married to Steffy, but has no idea that they were not only divorced for a long time, but had rekindled things and were engaged. But, before he passed out and Quinn (Rena Sofer) took advantage of his amnesia, he and Steffy had been on the outs because of his impromptu trip to Australia with Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer), and his catching her and Wyatt sleeping in bed together—which he mistook as them having slept together.

Because of their issues—and Quinn's manipulations to make it seem as though Liam no longer wanted anything to do with Steffy—she moved on with Wyatt, and the two married one day before Liam's rescue. And though he's come clean about the things that happened while he was with Quinn and not remembering his life, neither one of them has opened up with the truth about their marriage yet. And when Liam goes to thank his brother for saving him, the moment will be awkward since Wyatt won't know if he should share the news or not.

"You gave me my life back. I can't thank you enough Wyatt," Liam says in a preview clip for the Tuesday, April 13 episode.

With what he says, Wyatt and Steffy will realize that Liam is under the impression he and Steffy are still a couple, which will make it even harder for them to tell him the truth about how their relationship has changed. And even if they do come clean, it could alter the good feelings they all have now that he is back.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
