Tammy Rivera is back on VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta but it didn’t take long for her to get in yet another physical altercation with a co-star. And now she’s speaking out about it.

On the heels of her return following her hiatus after a brawl with Joseline Hernandez at the season three reunion special, Rivera got into it with newcomer Betty Idol, over her husband Waka Flocka. Betty made it clear she wasn’t a fan of Waka’s statements about the LGBT community, but Rivera wasn’t moved. The two ended up getting into a screaming match that ended up with Rivera throwing a glass at her now reality TV arch nemesis.

Rivera opened up about the epic moment with the network recently.

“First of all I didn’t know who she was…The fact that touched on my husband’s interview was none of her business. I didn’t have to explain the situation. I have nothing to hide and nor does my husband, but when she kept on beating at it and beating it… I tried to keep it professional and mature.”

Rivera said she has no problem with the negativity against her, but she draws the line when it comes to her family.

“She was attacking my husband’s career trying to make it seem like it was a homophobe,” Rivera said.

Rivera admitted she did Google Betty after Betty told her doing so would prove her relevancy.

“When I Googled her I was confused,” Rivera added. “I’m still confused. Did you just want to try to come up on TV and use me to come up? I just felt like she was just trying to get some camera time. And she got it.”

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta airs Mondays at 8/7c on VH1.
