He's been captured and brought back to Port Charles, and now, Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) could take down a lot of people as he contemplates his options when it comes to facing the charges for Duke's murder on General Hospital.

He was brought back so he could turn on Julian (William DeVry) and get him arrested for Duke's murder too, since he was the one who ordered the hit. However, his confession could also take down Anna (Finola Hughes) after she shot him and thought she killed him in retribution for Duke's murder, as well as Paul (Richard Burgi), who helped him escape town after Carlos witnessed him murdering Kyle.

But, in an effort to save himself, Paul did give Carlos the option of a lucrative deal, and Carlos is considering it. Now, sure he will win out in the end, Paul will assure Anna as they sit in their jail cells that they will have the charges against them dropped sooner than they think.

"We'll be out of here as soon as Carlos takes that deal," Paul assures her in a preview clip for the Tuesday, April 19 episode.

However, Julian is looking to also save himself, and has gotten Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to agree to represent Carlos-and she will warn him that taking Paul's deal would be a bad idea.

"Don't take it," she says in the clip.

In the meantime, Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) is swamped by the case because it not only involves members of the mob, but law enforcement as well, and Mayor Lomax (Shari Belafonte) will be livid when she learns that Jordan arrested both Anna and Paul-and will demand answers when she storms the police station.

"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't fire you're ass," Lomax says in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
