Her divorce has been finalized and she's feeling down after an argument with her ex over their daughter, but Belle's (Martha Madison) reaction to the events that have unfolded in the last few days will stun Phillip (John Paul Lavoisier) on Days of Our Lives.

After finalizing her divorce with Shawn (Brandon Beemer), Belle seemed ready to officially move on with Phillip, even though a part of her still seemed to be pining for Shawn. However, after they both learned their daughter, Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) was arrested with all of her friends for vandalizing a judge's car, they seemed to have an epic blow-up which deeply affected both. Belle blasted Shawn for not knowing his daughter very well, while Shawn retaliated by claiming she wasn't giving her very good guidance.

Then, after meeting up with Phillip again and having sex which seemed to console her, she made a shocking decision that he certainly wasn't expecting--that they head back to Vegas tonight, and this time, they get married. Phillip will be absolutely stunned by the suggestion-and it could be the kind that threatens the relationship the two have been slowly building ever since Belle came back to Salem a few months ago.

Meanwhile, Shawn is experiencing his own difficulties with his own budding new romance with Lani (Sal Stowers), who, after his incident with Belle, lured him to a seedy hotel on the pretense of a stakeout, only to reveal when they got there that she was actually hoping they could take things in their relationship further. That moment was interrupted as they wound responding to the scene of a double homicide by a woman who shot and killed her cheating husband and his mistress. More disturbing to Shawn was the fact that Lani still said she was turned on by being given the chance to be alone with him--and he could also be rethinking things about his new romance as well.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
