Her son has officially turned up in Port Charles and is in the custody of Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott), and now, there may finally be a potential lead as to where Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) has been as well on General Hospital.

She left town with Carlos while still pregnant, and after giving birth, she hasn't been seen since. Carlos then returned to Port Charles without Sabrina or his son, and despite Michael's (Chad Duell) many attempts to find out where they were and if they were safe, he kept coming up empty-handed. Now, Carlos is dead, and Sabrina's son has turned up, and Michael knows that she wouldn't willingly give up time with her son. Now, he's more concerned than ever that she could be in trouble or in danger.

Determined to find out where she is, Michael will do whatever it takes to find her, even if it means he has to use some of his father, Sonny's (Maurice Benard) less than legal means and contacts to find her. But it could prove to be the smart move to make, because Sonny will come forward to tell him he a a hunch about where Sabrina is, and just who may have been keeping her where she's been the entire time.

"I think I know who has Sabrina, and where she's been held," he says to Michael in a preview clip for the Friday, May 20 episode.

Sabrina could be in a number of places, and because Carlos is the one she was with, anyone could have been holding her since, either as a favor to him or as insurance against him. And sure enough, someone does have her locked away somewhere, and it could be the same person who helped Carlos escape police custody, which was what led to his eventual death after he called Julian (William Devry) for help, and wound up stabbed instead.

If Paul (Richard Burgi) is the one who has Sabrina, she could be in big trouble.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
