He was just told that his good friend Neil (Kristoff St. John) was the one who had kidnapped Hilary (Mishael Morgan), and now, Jack holds his fate, as well as several others in his hands as he decides what he should do with the new information on The Young and the Restless.

Even though she got the ball rolling on his finding out the truth by revealing that Hilary was blackmailing Simon (Michael E. Knight) since he brought her back to life, which was why she took the blame for paying off the lab tech to fast-track the approval of the drug, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will try to convince her brother to not turn in Neil and Simon, though he will seem determined not to let the situation go unresolved.

"This was a calculated plan that ended up in a strong of felonies," he says to her in a preview clip for the Tuesday, June 21 episode. "You really expect me to look the other way?"

After he confronted Neil, Devon (Bryton James) also realized that he and his sister Lily (Christel Kalil) could also go down as well, since they are technically accomplices in the scenario for not turning Neil in when they learned the truth. Now, Devon will need to warn his sister about what happened, and the fate that could be facing all of them as a result.

"What's going on?" She asks in the clip.

"We may all be going to jail," Devon says.

"What?" She cries.

Devon also knows that Hilary is the one who told Jack the truth, and because of that, he will confront her for trying to blow up the lives of his family, and may finally see through her and what she's really been trying to do the entire time they've been married. However, even though he then leaves her alone because he's hurt by her actions, Hilary won't seem too discouraged, because Jack will go to her again when he decides to heed his sister's pleas and not go to the police with what he's learned. And when she tries to shut him out and he begs her not to, Hilary will be pleased because her plans may all be working out to her advantage after all.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
