'General Hospital' (GH) Spoilers: Sam & Jason Go On The Hunt For Ava & Nikolas [VIDEO]
They've been trying to track Nikolas (Nick Stabile) down to prove Jason (Billy Miller) was not the one who tried to kill him, and now, he and Sam (Kelly Monaco) have another name to add to their list of people to search for after discovering Nikolas wasn't alone on General Hospital.
They tracked him to London, and quickly learned that Ava Jerome (Maura West) was with him, but after tracking them to their hotel, the trail has gone cold. And now, Sam and Jason are trying to figure out now only where the two got off to, but how they were able to virtually disappear without a trace.
"How could she and Nikolas just vanish?" Sam asks Jason in a preview clip for the Wednesday, June 22 episode.
What they don't know is that the man the pair ran into on the plane and later at the hotel, Huxley (Trent Dawson) kidnapped them both on their way out of the hotel on the following morning, and has been holding them at his estate in the country. After initially not telling either one of them why they were there, he finally confessed Nikolas was just the accessory, and Ava was his intended target, because she had a priceless family heirloom he wanted back. But, when she handed the piece over to him, he became infuriated, insisting it wax a cheap replica, and smashed it on the ground. Now, he is demanding the real thing, and Ava will be shocked when her insistence that she gave him what he had actually sought will not only be refuted by him, but by Nikolas as well.
"I'm not lying!" She shouts at Huxley in the clip.
"Yes, she is!" Nikolas pipes up from behind her.
Now, she and Nikolas could be no less able to escape and continue on their way since Huxley won't let them leave until he gets what he wants from them. And as a result, if Sam and Jason do manage to track Nikolas and Ava down, Nikolas' con of faking his own death will be officially exposed.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
