The situation was expected to have been over and done with after Finn (Michael Easton) was suspended and later arrested for treating Sabrina's (Teresa Castillo) baby during his suspension, but following another deadly incident at the hospital, new suspicions will be cast on who has killing people with lethal doses of Diprivan on General Hospital.

The surgical sedative was found in the bodies of both the patients who were killed under Finn's watch, as well as in Lucas (Ryan Carnes) after he was attacked during the Nurse's Ball. However, now that Finn is behind bars and someone struck again, this time killing Dr. Mayes, new suspicions are being cast all around the hospital, as everyone tries to figure out just who is putting everyone at risk.

"How do we know you're not the so-called Angel of Mercy?" Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) asks Griffin (Matt Cohen) in a preview clip for the Tuesday, July 5 episode.

She too will also have to defend herself as the questions are asked in an attempt to uncover who was responsible for the latest attack, especially when she offers Franco (Roger Howarth) an unexpected alibi, prompting his suspicion that she may be the one who actually needs the alibi, and wants him to provide her with one instead.

Meanwhile, Finn, who almost died in his jail cell because he was unable to get a hold of his medication he needs for his rare medical condition until Hayden (Rebecca Budig) swiped it and brought it to him to give him his injection, will learn that the mystery assailant has since struck again. And since his being in jail immediately eliminates him as a suspect, he will also learn that he is now free to go.

"I am the bearer of good news," Tracy (Jane Elliott) says as she waltzes to his jail cell in the clip.

However, with the person responsible for the deaths and attacks still out there, it still may not be considered safe for a sick Finn to return to the hospital, since he could also become a target.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
