FX's American Horror Story will have a presence at Comic-Con this year, but not in a panel setting.

Season 6 of American Horror Story has been a heavily-guarded secret so far, with fans still not having any idea what the new concept will be. However, it's possible that there could be a hint somewhere at San Diego Comic-Con.

FX recently announced that there will be a Virtual Reality experience for American Horror Story at Comic-Con, giving fans a taste of the show in an innovative new way.

"For attendees who love a thrill, 'American Horror Story' will curate a virtual reality experience unlike any other that takes participants on a unique journey through terrifying encounters inspired by the hair-raising series," says FX. "The AHS Fearless VR Experience will be an opportunity for 'American Horror Story' fans to become a part of their favorite show and test the boundaries of their own fear."

While the experience will feature events that are "inspired by" American Horror Story, there's a possibility that there could be some hints about season 6. To find out for yourself and to reserve a time to go through the VR experince, you can go to AHSReservations.com starting on July 19.

The exhibition will be at Hilton Bayfront Park in San Diego, Calif. July 21-24.

There will also be an FX Sculpture Garden featuring notable characters from various shows on the network, including the White Nun from American Horror Story: Asylum.

Then there's the FX Lounge, which will feature the American Horror Story: Hotel mattress re-interpreted as a Barcelona Bench.

Very little has been revealed thus far regarding season 6, though a few regular cast members have revealed they are returning to play new characters. Angela Bassett was the first to confirm her return, in addition to Evan Peters, Finn Wittrock, Matt Bomer and Cheyenne Jackson. Lady Gaga said that she would be returning to the series, though it wasn't clear if she meant for season 6 or just returning sometime down the road.

American Horror Story season 6 premieres Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX.
