He knew his marriage was suffering from a lot of drama, but he never expected it would be due to an affair, and now, Jack (Peter Bergmann) will confront his brother and his wife about their possibly sleeping with one another behind his back on The Young and the Restless.

After believing Colin (Tristan Rogers) had known something about Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), only to be told he'd been trying to scam him, Jack felt guilty for believing that Phyllis was hiding something from him, and seemed more committed to their decision to attend therapy to work through their problems. However, now, after he runs into Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and learns that Billy (Jason Thompson) is in love with his wife, and that they allegedly had an "emotional connection," he will realize that it was definitely more than that, and will storm off to confront his brother.

When he finds him, he will realize his suspicions are definitely right, as he watches in a preview clip for the Thursday, September 15 episode, and sees his brother making out with one of the models from his recent photo shoot-and notices she bares a bit of a resemblance to Phyllis because of the bright red hair she has on her head,

After sending the model away, Jack will confront Billy and demand to know what happened between him and Phyllis, and while Billy won't admit to anything specific, he will tell Jack he is in love with her, causing him to attack his brother. After Billy tries to assure him that Phyllis doesn't return the feelings and he storms out, Billy will then go to Ashley to confront her, and his sister will realize he lied to her, and he and Phyllis had slept together, which will only make the truth more devastating and painful for Jack.

And as Billy lashes out at Ashley for spilling what she had learned, Jack will confront Phyllis and demand answers from her, and now, after months of lying to him, Phyllis may find herself forced to come clean, even if it means ripping their marriage apart for good.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
