She's been hitting the bottle exceptionally hard ever since he tried to kill her, and she's only gotten more dependent on alcohol since he was acquitted of all charges, and now, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will prove to be completely past the point of keeping sober on General Hospital.

Her dependence on alcohol caused her to flub her testimony at Julian's (William DeVry) trial, and since that helped lead to a jury acquitting him of the charges for Duke and Carlos' murders and the attempt on her life, she has spiraled even more out of control. She even went, when Sam (Kelly Monaco) grew concerned about the situation, and vowed that as long as Sam was pregnant and couldn't drink, she wouldn't either, though she has since quickly broken the promise.

Now, Sam will realize the truth when she goes to see her mother, and she will be upset when she sees just how far gone she has gotten.

"Mom, have you been drinking?" She asks in a preview clip for the Friday, October 7 episode.

Meanwhile, Julian is also seeing how his acquittal is causing him trouble in town, since many people are allies against him because of what he's done, and when he tries to have a lunch at the Metro Court and is stonewalled by Carly (Laura Wright), he will realize the threat that Sonny's empire has, and how much it will work against him to make him want to leave Port Charles for good.

"Have we got a problem?" Jason (Billy Miller) asks him in the clip.

"Do we?" Carly also ponders.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
