There are plots underway to try and take down the convicts one by one in Salem, and after Clyde's (James Read) capture, Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) will have some intriguing news to share about Xander (Paul Telfer) as well on Days of Our Lives.

At the same time that Clyde was planning his attack on DiMera Mansion to kill Chad (Billy Flynn) and steal his son Thomas to take to Ben, Xander made his presence known to Nicole (Arianne Zucker), and even threatened that he would soon send her to be reunited with Daniel. She managed to convince him that Deimos would help him escape and get out of town for good if he didn't kill her, and Deimos swore to make good on that promise. However, Xander then changed his mind about the deal and said in order for Deimos to remain alive and Nicole unharmed, he wanted Theresa (Jen Lilley), who's lie that he sexually assaulted her sent him to prison in the first place.

Deimos then managed to subdue Nicole when she threatened to tell the police about the deal that would hurt Theresa, and Deimos promised Xander he would bring her to the pier so he could take her with him when he fled the country, and he could torture her and kill her. To further make his support believable, he also mused that such a horrific end for Theresa's life would also benefit him because it would cause Brady (Eric Martsolf) to fall off the wagon, giving him control of the entire Kiriakis empire as a result.

Now, with that presumed deal in the works, Deimos will inform Brady of what is going on, and what has transpired. And though Brady may not like the plot, he may have to concede that it is the only way to make sure that the threat Xander poses is brought down. Along the way though, he will also learn that Xander's desire for revenge against Theresa is actually validated, and it could add a different element to the plan overall.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
