Jack (Peter Bergmann) has sworn his move to evict Brash and Sassy from Jabot has been solely about business, but the fact that it's about his ongoing feud with Billy (Jason Thompson) will become even more clear as he continues to refuse to back down from his decision on The Young and the Restless.

Please and appeals from Billy, Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Jill (Jess Walton) have all gone ignored, and now, his sister, Ashley (Eileen Davidson), who didn't want them there in the first place, will even appeal to him to not kick the company out before the New Year because it can lead to trouble from a legal standpoint, but Jack will still insist he knows what's best.

"You uphold the terms that we've agreed upon," Ashley says to him in a preview clip for the Monday, Dec. 19 episode.

"I know what I'm doing Ash!" Jack interrupts.

Meanwhile, Victoria and Billy are still lamenting the fact that they're being unfairly evicted from their offices right as they're about launch some big products, and Victoria will admit that smashing things felt great, and Billy will encourage her to keep doing so if it helps. However, the moment will be cut short when Jill and Victor (Eric Braden) both walk in to try and come up with solutions for their kids, and demand to know what's actually going on.

"What the hell is going on here?" Jill asks incredulously as she and Victor walk into the office and see Victoria smashing things.

Victoria will be embarrassed that her behavior was seen by them, but the situation will not be resolved as Jill advises the two that they only solution is for them and Cane to find a way to successfully fight Jack on the eviction, while Victor will insist that they move the company to Newman Tower, something that Jill and Billy both vehemently decline to do. And as everyone tries to figure out how to fix this situation, the tension will wind up reaching an all-time high.
