In the weeks leading up to the premiere of season 5 of White Collar, many spoilers have been released regarding newly-jailed Peter (Tim DeKay).

Peter was arrested in the season 4 finale after being framed for the murder of Senator Pratt (Titus Welliver). The agent will be in jail in the season 5 premiere but it won't be for long, according to new reports.

However, Peter won't officially be safe after getting out of jail. The way he gets sprung from jail will cause problems for him down the line, according to a recent report by Entertainment Weekly. The report also says that someone will become pregnant in the upcoming season.

The USA network sent out a press release with a brief synopsis of what viewers can expect to occur in episode 3, titled One Last Stakeout. According to the press release, Peter will be settling into a new position, though it is not clear what that is just yet. Enstars previously reported about Warren Kole being cast as Neal's new handler, so Peter will not exactly return to his post. Meanwhile, Neal is tasked with pulling off a museum heist.

Season 5 of White Collar premieres on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 9 p.m. on the USA network.
