American Horror Story: Coven actress Frances Conroy recently revealed that there will plenty of juicy developments involving her character Myrtle and her relationship with Fiona (Jessica Lange).

Conroy told The Huffington Post in a Monday report that the next episode, titled Burn Witch. Burn!, will contain multiple scenes featuring Myrtle and Fiona.

"It really raises the stakes. She's going to a very, very interesting place these next three days," Conroy explained. "It's showing her relationship with the other witches in a lovely way, and another relationship in a way, with Fiona."

There will be another confrontational scene with Myrtle and Fiona that Conroy admitted shocked her when she first read it.

"When I read it, I thought, 'Oh my god, how are we going to do this? I've got to wrap my head around what's going to happen next week.'" she said. "We don't really know what Myrtle's powers are and quite frankly, I can't tell you that either. I can't really tell you that."

The actress, who has played a different character on every season of American Horror Story, said that Myrtle will be further developed later in the season. Viewers will learn that Myrtle has been intricately tied to the Academy for several years and took Cordelia (Sarah Paulson) under her wing as a mother figure.

Based on Conroy's comments, it sounds like Myrtle will be around to cause conflict with Fiona for several upcoming episodes.

American Horror Story: Coven airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on FX.
