'Survivor: Blood vs. Water' Preview: Which Redemption Island Player Will Return to Game in Episode 8? [VIDEO]
One of the castaways on Redemption Island will return to the game on Wednesday night's episode of Survivor: Blood vs. Water.
In Wednesday's episode of Survivor, titled Skin of My Teeth, will undoubtedly be an eventful one. Not only is one of the Redemption Island inhabitants returning to the game, but the two tribes will also merge together as one.
As it stands, Tadhana currently has the advantage with six members vs. Galang's four. However, Galang may be able to get away with not being picked off considering the turmoil at Tadhana. With Tyson Apostol targeting Aras Baskauskas so heavily, the four remaining members of Galang should survive elimination.
Additionally, one of the inhabitants on Redemption Island entering the game again throws another wrench in the player's strategies. The returning player might be sent right back to Redemption Island if the remaining players want to make an easy first vote after the merge.
Either way, things are looking grim for Aras. Tyson already has four people who want to go along with his plan to vote out Aras. In the preview for the episode, Tyson is seen trying to convince Monica to go along with his plan. This would already be enough votes to get out Aras assuming he doesn't win Immunity.
The Redemption Island challenge to get back into the game is an endurance challenge where they are forced to hang onto tall poles, presumably until there is only one castaway remaining.
The challenge is seemingly built better for Laura Morett to excel at in comparison to both John Cody and Laura Boneham. If Laura M. gets back into the game she will likely be okay with voting out Aras considering she seemed to blame him for her elimination earlier in the game.
Assuming Aras wins Immunity, his brother Vytas Baskauskas might be the next target if they want to eliminate Aras' closest ally.
Survivor: Blood vs. Water airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
