The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 cannot be sold in the entire European Union. A German court announced the ruling based on Apple's request to stop Europe from selling Samsung's device that they claim is too similar to their iPad. The Dusseldorf Higher Court, who made the decision, upheld the same ruling made by the District Court in February. Samsung issued a statement that the company is disappointed with the court's ruling," according to CNET and that it "will continue...to protect our intellectual property rights and defend against Apple's claims to ensure our products remain available to consumers throughout the European Union."
