She decided to do a little digging after Hayden (Rebecca Budig) got even more defensive than usual about what she's doing with Nikolas (Tyler Christopher), and now, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is going to be stunned by what she discovers on General Hospital.

She overhears Hayden mumbling about Naomi Dreyfus, and after she storms out of Wyndemere, Elizabeth heads to the computer to see what came up on a search engine when she typed in that name. She quickly realized the name seemed familiar to her, and then when she clicked on a link, her eyes widened in horror as she realized who Naomi was—and the fact that she has a connection to Hayden will terrify her.

"Why are you so upset?" A concerned Lulu (Emme Rylan) asks her in a preview clip for the Thursday, March 24 episode.

If Elizabeth decides to share what she has learned, she may have help in getting the truth to Nikolas before it's too late, since both Lulu and Laura (Genie Francis) have also had their reservations about Hayden and the reasons she married Nikolas.

But, if they're going to save Nikolas from whatever it is Hayden has been hiding all this time, they will need to act quickly, as she is one step closer to potentially closing in on what she has set out to do. She has gotten Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) to draw up a particular set of papers that will change something related to ELQ, and is now demanding she produce them immediately so Hayden can get them signed—effectively completing her goal before Nikolas can take action to save himself.

"Do you have the additional legal papers I requested you draw up?" She asks in the clip.

Whether or not the papers are the ones which ensure Tracy (Jane Elliot) doesn't spill the beans about her real identity in exchange for handing ELQ back to the Quartermaines or not however, remains to be seen. They could be, depending on just what Hayden's past entails, a way for her to con everyone, and take every action possible to ensure they can't stop her.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
