'Young and the Restless' (Y&R) Spoilers: Max's Crimes Are Exposed [VIDEO]
Stitch (Sean Carrigan) has been insistent that his son Max (Jared Breeze) is innocent of all the things Abby (Melissa Ordway) has been accusing him of, but even he will have a hard time denying his son's wrong-doings as more evidence surfaces to prove his guilt on The Young and the Restless.
Abby has insisted that he Max somehow caused her fall which led to the miscarriage, and after revealing her plans to have Dylan (Steve Burton) investigate the security footage from the club, a fire broke out in the server room which destroyed everything. Abby immediately accused Max of doing it on purpose to cover up his other crime, which further strained things with Stitch. But now, he will be forced to cooperate when it comes out that the fire was intentionally set, and Dylan demands to get Max's DNA so he can either assuage whether the boy is guilty or can be cleared of all suspicion.
"The arson crew found evidence that the fire was deliberately set. I need Max's fingerprints and a sample of his DNA," Dylan says in a preview clip for the Friday, May 6 episode.
Despite desperately wanting to protect his son, Stitch will agree to hand over what's being sought. However, later on, as everyone awaits the results of the DNA test, the real thing that could also prove Max isn't so innocent will come when Lily (Christel Khalil) and Cane (Daniel Goddard) manage to get Charlie to admit he swiped the master key for the server room for Max, and they inform Dylan. Then, after the DNA also comes back and proves Max was the one, it will become more clear than ever, especially to Abby, that her stepson is a major threat to everyone's safety.
"Max is dangerous," she says in the clip.
However, despite being proven to be the culprit, Max won't suffer the consequences of his actions just yet. When Dylan returns to Stitch's suite to collect the boy, it will become clear that he has run off and is now missing.
The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
