They've been at war ever since his conspiring to get Passkey from Newman came to light, and things are only going to continue getting worse for Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) as they continue duking it out over pretty much anything on The Young and the Restless.

Following his waking up from a coma, the two seemed like they were going to finally work things out and get back together for good. However, Billy quickly became consumed by his scheme with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) to get passkey away from Newman, and when Victoria learned about the plot she quickly ended things with him once more. Since then, the two have continually clashed and been at odds.

Now, after Billy acquired Brash and Sassy when Victor (Eric Braden) decided to teach Victoria a lesson by putting it up for sale, things got worse. And after Victoria goes to Billy's so he can see the kids and sees none other than Fiona (Hannah Barefoot) there, she assumes the worst, that Billy is sleeping with her so he can get his products on the shelves and take away from Jabot's bottom line. But when she tells him she won't let the kids be subjected to his dirty ways, he stuns her by threatening to get the police involved in their affairs.

"I am not subjecting the children to this. We are turning right around and leaving," she says in a preview clip for the Tuesday, May 10 episode.

"You can do that, but I will call the cops," Billy threatens.

Victoria wasn't the only one who assumed the worst when she saw the two together however, as Phyllis also witnessed the pair growing closer and jumped to the conclusion that Billy was trying to get revenge on Jack (Peter Bergmann) as well, and she is ready to explode as she tells Jack what she's uncovered about his brother.

"It's what I saw when I went to Billy's," she says in the clip. "He is sleeping with Fiona!"

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
