'General Hospital' (GH) Spoilers: Sam Is Stunned By Her Diagnosis [VIDEO]
She was starting to suffer from strange symptoms while she was on Cassadine Island, and was forced to get checked out after she passed out at the police station back home, but now, Sam (Kelly Monaco) has gotten some unexpected news about what was causing her strange symptoms on General Hospital.
Finn (Michael Easton) examined her since he was deemed the best doctor to determine what was wrong based on her symptoms and where she had been, but the test results were far different than he or Sam imagined, and now she is learning that she is pregnant, and she will have some good news to share with Jason (Billy Miller).
"Jason and I are having another baby!" She says ecstatically in a preview clip for the Tuesday, August 9 episode.
The news will be unexpected but happy for the couple, who were only able to reunite a few months ago, after years where she thought he was dead. However, Jason wasn't even aware she was in the hospital yet, and only learned she was there after an altercation with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) over her being close to Franco (Roger Howarth), and now, he will demand answers from Elizabeth about why the woman he is with is hospitalized.
"Why is Sam in the Hospital?" He asks in the clip.
Elizabeth won't be able to tell him why Sam was there much beyond possibly knowing about her fainting spell at the police station however, and Jason will immediately rush to be by her side to make sure she is okay and hasn't contracted some kind of horrific illness from their escapade. However, Sam will be able to assure him she is okay, and will share the news with him, happy to know that they'll be able to give their son Danny a sibling, and it could bring their relationship back full circle to what it was before.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
