'General Hospital' (GH) Spoilers: Jason Questions Sam About What She's Hiding [VIDEO]
She learned she was pregnant with his child and was ecstatic about the news until she learned about the possibility she could have contracted Malaria on Cassadine Island, but Sam's (Kelly Monaco) desire to keep the pregnancy news under wraps and away from Jason (Billy Miller) could prove harder than she expected it to be on General Hospital.
Because if she contracted the disease it would potentially cause major harm to the baby, Sam has been reluctant to share the news with Jason in case the baby wouldn't be healthy, or worse, wouldn't survive. She was forced to confide in Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) who was surprisingly supportive, and was about to learn from Finn (Michael Easton) if she had contracted the disease.
Now, Jason has been cleared and released from the hospital and is happy to see her, but he is noticing that something seems to be troubling her. And now, she will have to think fast when he wants to know what she's hiding from him and why.
"Talk about what?" She asks him in a preview clip for the Friday, August 12 episode.
"Whatever it is you're not telling me," Jason replies.
Sam still won't want to be honest with him about the situation though, since she still doesn't know what danger could be awaiting the baby, and what it might mean for the pregnancy overall, and if she truly wants to keep the news from him until she knows what the situation holds for them, she will try to come up with something else to keep him distracted and away from the truth.
Meanwhile, someone else who was on Cassadine Island is after finding out if her worst fears could be realized based on a discovery she made while there, and will in an effort to find out if the skelton she found really was her father, Lulu (Emme Rylan) will demand to see the man who held them all captive and threatened their lives.
"I want to see Valentin [James Patrick Stuart]," she says to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) in the clip.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
