They all agreed he needed to be stopped and taught a lesson after he not only turned Noah (Robert Adamson) in for the hit-and-run but was revealed to be the one who unleashed Marco on Jack (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), but as Victor's (Eric Braden) trial draws closer, the Newmans will all start to worry about how things will play out on The Young and the Restless.

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is having a hard time with seeing her father behind bars, but was granted the CEO position of the company when he was arrested. And after her attempts to try and reconcile with her father all failed, she became more resolved than ever to try and see him pay for the crimes he committed, especially since he has decided that if he gets off, he will destroy her for betraying him the way he believes she did.

Now, to assure it doesn't happen, she will work to make sure all the other members of her family are still on board with their planned testimonies, though Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will be appalled when it appears that Victoria suggests she will be the one to waver from her stance.

"If anyone changes their testimony it could all fall apart," Victoria says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, March 23 episode.

"You think I'm going to be the one to cave?" Nikki asks.

Meanwhile, Adam could be the one who holds the key to changing everything, as he goes to visit his father and encourage him to plead guilty so he can avoid a trial all together—and the humiliation that his planned for him as a result.

"I think there's a way you can avoid this trial," Adam says in the clip.

However, Victor will of course try to turn the tables on his son, who was loyal while Victor was holding blackmail over his head, but seems to have changed his tune and abandoned him now. In a last attempt to see if he still exudes any control over what Adam says and does, Victor will make him an offer—a guilty plea for his taking over as CEO of the company and leaving his sister in the dust.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
